Comparative Study Of Different Soft Wheat (Triticum aestivum L.) Accessions Based On The Single Nucleotide Polymorphism (SNP) Of The TdicDRF1 Gene

In this study 48 genotypes of bread winter wheat were screened for the presence of the gene TdicDRF1 (ABA-independent) coding the transcription factor and after the partial sequencing they were compared by single-nucleotide polimophism. In total,  94 single nucleotide polimophisms (SNPs) were identified in the amplified gene fragments of the studied samples and 48 of them belonged to transition, 27 to transversion type of SNPs, representing accordingly 51% and 29% of the total polimophism.
